It was a cold but sunny day and inside it was bright during the day and warm and cosy at nighttime. The tower is full of character. Massive beams, cosy bedrooms and soulfully decorated. Very calm area outside of Gieterveen village, but still close enough to walk there. If it is sunny, you’ll have sun from the morning until sunset on the two sides of the garden. The fireplace is a nice bonus.

It was amazing! Best family weekend here. Pretty and quiet location. Breakfast was very yummy, everything what you need and if you have some special need for your breakfast it’s not problem at all. In kitchen is everything, even aluminium foil or paper towels or plastic cups/plates for children. And the bed?
