The sister here looked after me really well, always making sure I had enough cold water (they refill and stock bottles in the fridge) and accompanying me to the bus stop the morning I left. She doesn't speak English (nor do I speak Nepali) but her friend can help with communication if required. The homestay is only 5-10 minutes' walk from the bus stop and the main street. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable and it was quiet, being in a more spacious area with sparse buildings. Not all rooms have air conditioning, so if you need it, check when booking or upgrade your room.

Jupiter and his family are lovely, they are really nice and warm. They also give you good advices concerning the temples. My bedroom was spacy and comfortable, I had a really good time there. I took delicious breakfasts on the terrasse, the freshness of the morning makes it awesome. The shop has many handmade items, I strongly advise you to take a look there. And all this for less than a thousand rupees per night ! Even though I haven’t been to any other hotel in Lumbini, Lumbini Village Lodge is defenitely one of the best option you can find !

Easy / helpful staff and near the main bus stop. Quiet area with authentic action going on outside! This is place is part of. group of hotels, great people all around! The resto will be able to fill basic needs!

Everything is spotless clean. And the shower is piping hot. The location is superb, very close to gate 5 and just a few steps from where the buses stops. The staff is so friendly and speak very good English. They will give you all the information you need. There is no restaurant, but tell them what you are looking for, and they will point you in the right direction. They were spot on with what they recommend me. The WiFi is excellent.

We stayed in this comfortable guesthouse one night when crossing the border coming from India. The owner family and staff where so lovely and helped us in any issue. Dinner and breakfast in the restaurant attached was delicious. We sure will come again on our way back from Nepal to India in 4 weeks to visit Lumbini. Thanks so much for your hospitality 🙏🏻

Excellent location just a few meters from the main road and the entrance to the temples. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly at all times. The quality-price ratio is very good.
