Exceptional host and a very warm welcome. We had a cabin in the garden so self-contained. It was amazing, being clean and very comfortable. It was cold during our stay and the underfloor heating was great. Excellent shower and facilities. Just a very short walk to the centre and many eateries. In the other direction is the sculpture walk in the forest as well as other trails. Very quiet and we had use of the garden for reading which was lovely. So glad we booked and would recommend.

Breakfast was superb, much more than expected. Location was excellent, very relaxing, very quiet, peaceful, enjoyed. The "chooks" were very interesting by roosting in the trees at night, enjoyed observing them. ,

This was an excellent little motel with first class accommodation in a quiet spot about 15 min walk into town. It was well equipped and had its own patio and communal garden. A first class find. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Loved the styling and location of the place. Felt homey and well thought out. Especially loved the unique wood fired hot tub, embroidered robes and printed mugs! Host/ owner was very responsive when messaged, and even had bikes for us to use to go into town.

Cozy and warm. The fireplace and heaters kept us more than comfortable in the cold. I broke my ankle a few days before the trip and was very happy to find the property very accessible for someone with a disability!

    Absolutely phenomenal holiday home. Perfect location, exceptionally clean, lovely wee decor touches. Water pressure in the shower was heaven. We all especially loved the games room, think my husband spent most of his time trying to get the high score on pac man!

    Very tidy, cosy holiday home, perfect for a family. Short walk into the village, hot pools etc, no need to drive and bother with parking. Kitchen is new and well equipped. Modern bathroom, teenage daughter loved the mirror light! Good heating options, we were snug and warm in the middle of winter. Great views. Definitely recommend!

    Great value holiday spot, much cheaper than a holiday home and you don't have to clean before you leave. All bedding was provided, and the beds are very comfortable. There is plenty to keep the kids entertained including a playground, swimming pool and games room. There is also free WiFi.
