We had a lovely one week stay, the a flat was clean, spacious and well equipped with everything you can imagine. Perfectly located next to the Jardim do Morro and very close walking distance to the center, along the metro line. The communication was always fast and very helpful between us and the host. We really appreciated accessing the accommodation with a code system, it is very easy and anybody can enter at any time without having logistical problems with keys and such. All in all, our stay was extremely comfortable here so i can really recommend to stay at Gaya Avenue Flats!

We chose it as we wanted to be near the locals and away from the busy hustle and bustle and most importantly the fee was very affordable. The lady, Margarida was a most approachable and helpful person. She kept apologising for her English, but it was absolutely fine. She checked on how we were settling in and enquired if help was needed which was greatly appreciated. The owner was also very welcoming and helpful in navigating us to good places to eat. I’ve left the best for last. Don’t bother going into Porto for the magnificent sunset show, it’s right here at the doorstep. We had an evening drink and takeaway watching this phenomenon. Our thanks to the dynamic team of Alfazema Sunset Boulevard. Obrigado Pedro, Obrigada Margarida😍🥰

Location, perfectly positioned to restaurants, with soundproof windows, so if you wanted to listen to street live artists, you could, or you could close the windows and curtains for total silence and darkness, and use the air conditioning.Stunning view of the Douro River, bridge and Porto. Clean, comfortable suite, with coffee machine and coffee . Short walk across the bridge into Porto, would definitely stay here again.

The view is the best of Porto and Vila Nova de Gaia. Stunning views looking down the River sandwiched by two bridges. The funicular was only a minute away. Close to buses and Metro. Restaurants, tours close by. You cannot beat the location. The accommodation was modern and new. The studio quiet. The bed was comfortable and the linens crisp and clean. The furniture and decor tastefully minimal. The shower had lots of hot water and good water pressure. There was everything we needed. The patio was clean and new, a great place to sip your port and marvel over the views. I would highly recommend Port Studio 3.

    The apartment is well appointed, with comfortable furniture. Having an outdoor deck to sit out on and relax was a real bonus. The location in the Fishing Village gives you a real feel for the place, with the cooking and conversation surrounding you. Love the restaurants, the coffee shops, the fish market and the marina, the walkways along the river.

    We had a car and bikes. Was a fabulous location in the old fishing village!! Our balcony overlooked the street which was perfect. The neighbourhood felt authentic and there was easy access to Porto and all the main sites. Cool modern well laid out suite

    A small hotel located perfectly for visiting all the Port-wine cellars in Villa Nova de Gaja and also for Porto old town. The central station in Porto is just a 25 minute walk away. At the hotel we had a very warm welcome, the staff is great and the breakfast very nice and cosy. The rooms provide more than enough space to stay a week and everything is nice and clean. The hotel is located a couple hundred meters away form the busy main road so it is nicely silent most of the time especially over night. HIGHLY recommend!!!
