We absolutely loved staying at the George! It was exceptionally well run, with super helpful and lovely staff. The welcome from Tracy was amazing - we were made to feel truly special - and the breakfasts cooked by Linda every morning were wonderful. It was so nice to have a home-cooked, healthy, fresh hot breakfast every day and the choice of options was great. The team could not have done more to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The property itself is beautiful, and has clearly been sensitively and tastefully restored. The rooms are very well provisioned and I can honestly say that the bed linen was the softest and most comfortable I've ever slept in. The location is great too - an easy walk from the centre of Napa, and the staff had lots of great recommendations on things to do and places to eat. It's not cheap, but I would say it was well worth the money. Would definitely stay again.

I don't think I have ever stayed in holiday accommodation where every need is so considered - and so well provided for! Within minutes of us arriving, the receptionist had phoned around and booked us on some wine-tasting excursions.The cottages were spacious, clean and quaint and had everything we might need, both in the bathroom and the kitchen - with all sorts of generous extras included. We also hroughly enjoyed our al fresco breakfast of croissants and jam delivered to our door.

Charming Victorian House which is kept tidy and comfortable. If you book an accomodation like this, its about the charme and the history. Please dont expect something fancy like modern bathroom, elevator or sound proof rooms. Breakfast was excellent: fresh fruits, yogurt, granola, choice of 2 Juices, coffee and tea, and a choice of 3 different main dishes which will be served - super nice service by Emily. Its just a 10mins walk to city center. Parking is available.

Lovely location short ride to downtown Napa and lots of wineries within 20 minutes Uber ride. Parking on site was easy and a large swimming pool was relaxing and peaceful. Staff were welcoming and went over and above to accommodate us during our stay. Different breakfast each day and snacks available, along with use of freezer and fridge. Overall an incredibly comfortable and peaceful stay.

High value considering their complimentary breakfast offering, afternoon wine and cheese offering (4:30-6:00pm), and tasting at the external Jessup Cellar (reminder: book in advance and ask it to the hotel receptionist as they don’t mention it actively to you).
