Janessa’s Dwellery is not just a one-night pit-stop by the airport, but a real homestay experience with unrivalled Vanuatuan hospitality. We stayed here for one night after our flight back from Santo, and Janessa was extremely helpful in letting us do some laundry, use the basic kitchen facilities, and relax in a super comfortable room. The breakfast was also outstanding, with a cooked menemen-style dish with fruit and bread for each person presented on our private enclosed space facing out to the garden behind the room. It by far exceeded the expectations that I have for our accommodation here. I told heartedly recommend staying here, and thanks Janessa for your warm welcome.

Everything was just perfect! From booking, communication, check in to check out - i seriously cannot fault anything. The staff are amazingly attentive and very very friendly and will go out of their way to make you comfortable. The room is large and a balcony to watch the sea and the sun. The room had all the comforts for a self contained stay - kettle, fridge, microwave, stove etc., but both restaurants at the resort (3 pigs / Cafe Vila) offer amazing value and quality.

Eden on the river is a great spot for swimming, and having accommodation here means you can take your time to explore the area and drop by the river any time to escape the heat.  The three bedroom house was spacious and quite breezy at night, making for a comfortable stay. The outdoor bathrooms are a nice touch.  The location is a long way from town so I'd recommend hiring a car, which also makes it easy to get to Eton beach and other nearby attractions. The road out is mostly in good condition (compared to elsewhere on the island) although there is some bumpy dirt road on the final stretch.

Absolutely Amazing place, stay and staff! It is hard to say what was fantastic, because all was such. We did not even imagine that it could be so beautiful. The resort is located away from the hustle and bustle, looks beautiful and is very comfortable. We stayed in Villa de Lux, which was perfectly equipped and in addition with branded equipment. A nice, small "welcome pack" was waiting for us and the view of the Ocean and the Coral Reef is unforgettable. Mornings at sunrise were amazing.

Fantastic studio apartment in great location in Port Vila! The luxury apartment was decorated nicely and had everything I needed. Most importantly, air con and also a washer/dryer! It was by far the best place I stayed in Vanuatu, and was an excellent base to explore the island. Balcony was lovely too, with nice views at sunset. Location wise it's in a safe and quiet area, with off street parking and a combination locked door for entry to the compound. Manager was friendly and very responsive. Would definitely stay here for my next trip to Vanuatu, and strongly recommend to others!

It is a set of three apartments on a hill overlooking Port Vila. Our apartment was the middle one but you could not hear anything from the neighbours, the soundproofing was very good. The apartment was very clean and well equipped with two bedrooms. The WiFi worked well. The hosts are very nice people, a Dutch couple. There is gated parking on the property. The location is quiet. Check-in and check-out was easy. The view from the hill is nice.
