There is a private entrance at the apartment for the convenience of those who stay. The apartment has family rooms as well as facilities for disabled guests. Great location in a very quiet neighbourhood, very close to two metro stations (max 5 mins to each of them), just 2 metro stations away from Stephanplatz. Supermarket just 1 minute away. The apartment is spacious (even with a baby cot, our toddler had enough space to walk all over the place) and very well cared for, with a kitchen which was very well equipped for a short stay (we had to prepare food for the baby so we used it a couple of times and we had everything we needed in terms of utensils). The room and the entire building are very clean and cosy. Simple, but practical design. I know it's a matter of subjectivity, but we loved the mattresses, we had a very good sleep for the entire holiday! The staff was extremely helpful and easy to communicate to. They asked for feedback since the beginning and I appreciated that they offered to help when some minuses were mentioned. We will definitely come back!

The atmosphere was nice and warm. I'd like to thank Lenice and Rafael for a nice talk. I hope I will meet them again in Vienna and maybe in Rio :)
