First and foremost, I want to thank the kind and generous hosts who made me feel truly welcomed. The room was very spacious, clean, and fully equipped with everything I needed. The bathroom was spotless and in great condition, and the ventilation in the room was excellent, making the stay very comfortable. While the hotel is located a bit outside the center of Borjomi, I actually found this to be a great advantage — it's peaceful and calm, a perfect escape from the busy town. The hosts went above and beyond. They kindly allowed me to use the washing machine and even provided an iron so I could take care of my clothes — something I really appreciated during my trip. In the morning, they prepared a delicious and sweet breakfast that I really enjoyed. What touched me most was their willingness to help when my car broke down — they offered their support without hesitation, and thanks to their help, the issue was resolved. Thank you again, Panorama Hotel. I truly appreciated everything, and I absolutely plan to return on my next trip to Borjomi!

Me and my family came from England and Spain to do a road trip in Georgia and stayed in Tsogne's Kingdom for the amazing proximity to the stunning Vardzia Caves. Literally 5 minutes away and super easy access to them from the accommodation. Little we knew Tsogne's Kingdom was going to be as special! We loved the rooms, beautifully decorated and clean, all new and good qualities. The host, Tsogne's, speaks English and he and his family are so friendly and nice, talking to us, allowing us to take photos of the garden, flowers, tortoise and the salmon the fished and barbaqued!!!!! Both dinner and breakfast were included and they were just surreal! My family and I could not believe the feast we were having for so cheap compared to European prices. The food was also local and fresh. We had plenty of vegetables and meat, fish, salad, bread, pasta, eggs. Wow! I'm so impressed with this place and I so so highly recommend it!

The accommodation features a lift and a minimarket for guests. A great apartment, 5 minutes from the pretty central park and the cable car. The apartment is very well equipped and very clean. The bed is cozy. Sleeping there with the lapping of the river is a real pleasure. Gari and his wife are very welcoming and helpful. they came to wait for me at the bus station and took me back there the day I left. they listen to all your requests and give you advice to improve your stay in the region. I recommend this place 100%. You will have no regrets! On top of that, the value for money is unbeatable!
