We loved the breakfast the food was so delicious and the view of the breakfast area. The rooms were so cozy, warm and had tons of space and located in a great area to watch the Northern Lights and take pictures. Plenty of parking space for the rooms.

The property is non-smoking and is set 9 km from Myvatn Nature Baths. Clearly the best stay we had in Iceland. This is a truly lovely house where you immediately feel part of a family. We were delighted by the warm reception and the cozy, homely atmosphere. The location by the lake is stunning, offering beautiful views. In summer there are many midges, which can be a bit annoying, but that’s the trade-off for such a scenic lakeside setting. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped—you’ll find everything you need, and even some thoughtful extras like coffee and pasta left for guests. It really felt like staying at our grandparents’ home, full of comfort and warmth. A very strong recommendation, especially if you are traveling as a family. We absolutely loved it.

The holiday home is fitted with 1 bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and a fridge, a washing machine, and 1 bathroom with a hair dryer and free toiletries. Towels and bed linen are offered in the holiday home. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. The location was excellent and the view of the lake was stunning. The suite was beautifully decorated. We appreciated the washing machine.

With a terrace, the property also features a shared lounge and a fully-equipped kitchen. Great location, friendly host Joanna who explained everything on our arrival. Really nicely appointed with an enormous kitchen with everything you would need. ( except for a microwave which was surprising) Only 4 rooms so heaps of space.

Very comfortable apartment that was perfect for us travelling with adult children. Hosts were friendly and helpful.

Each room has a patio with views of the garden. The apartment was very well equipped and in a great location. We could walk to the lava caves, and it was convenient to get to Dettifoss and Húsavík. Would highly recommend staying here.
