It was just stunning to look out and see the sea. Our first night it rained but we woke up to 5 inches of snow. It was a beautiful sight! And we saw the northern lights from our room!! No words!! The bed, dual comforters, and the overall size of the room were great. Having coffee and creamer was such a bonus. We loved it!

Very homey and cozy (our room even had a small box with plush mice "sleeping" in it - an adorable addition to the room!). The room was spacious and had a nice kitchenette. The lobby was very welcoming, and there were always fresh home-baked goods and some home-grown veggies. Outside there were horses and 2 very cute dogs, and the whole atmosphere is of a family farm - in the best way possible! We had to check-in late and the instructions the owners left us on how to enter the room were very detailed (and quite hilarious).

Featuring a shared kitchen, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. Guests can make use of the sun terrace or the children's playground, or enjoy views of the mountain and river. The room was big, the location was beautiful! The breakfast was simple and delicious, the dining room is just gorgeous and it is available with the kitchen every evening (well equipped). The beds were the best thing :)

Guesthouse Bitra B&B’s simple rooms have either private or shared bathroom facilities. They provide views of Mount Hekla or the surrounding countryside. Breakfast was amazing, a lot of variety and really good. The staff was super nice. The beds very comfy and the shower pressure and temperature was perfect.
