This extraordinary boutique hotel, once a church dating back to 1145, has been lovingly transformed into a peaceful sanctuary with just five exclusive rooms. I stayed in the King Suite, which came with its own private lemon garden – a magical place to begin or end the day. Breakfast was a daily highlight, elegantly served either in my room or in the tranquil garden. The views from the suite were absolutely breathtaking – waking up to such scenery felt like a dream. The location is ideal – 6 min walk from the city center. The service was impeccable. A special thanks to Luisa, the manager, whose kindness, attentiveness, and genuine warmth made me feel truly welcome. Every detail of my stay was perfect, and the memories I made here will stay with me forever. Villa Barluzzi is not just a hotel – it’s a timeless escape.

It was like staying in a really nice hotel but with the added bonus of being able to do some cooking. Gennaro met me and showed me how the various appliances worked and checked in with me a couple of times during my stay to make sure all was well. The place was spotless, the towels luxurious and when it rained one afternoon I hung out watching Netflix (included in my stay).

Complimentary WiFi is available throughout the property and private parking is available on site. The accommodation features a 24-hour front desk, full-day security and luggage storage for guests. Have travelled Europe for 3 months and by far this was the most welcoming accomodation. The host is the highlight she is amazing. She goes over and above to look after you. The breakfasts are so good and fresh from the bakery. The accomodation is comfortable and was good for a couple nights and right next to the bus stop and a quick 15 min walk to the beach. I would highly recommend staying here!

1.1 km from Marina di Vietri Beach, Il Melograno in Costa d'Amalfi - romantic experience is a recently renovated property located in Vietri sul Mare and provides air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. The property features mountain and garden views, and is 7 km from Salerno Cathedral. It is possible for guests to sit outside and enjoy the property grounds. Everything. The room was spacious and very comfortable and the shower in the room is a nice touch, the view from the green terrace is out of this world and the hosts are there for you. Breakfast was homemade and perfect. I cannot recommend this place enough. Bonus points: it is located in the incredibly cute town so visiting downtown is a must 🙂
