So spacious, clean and well decorated - we loved our stay. The host - Guglielmo’s - efforts to help us and guide us with recommendations - including making bookings at restaurants and taxis - made our Puglia holiday super special. He was there to receive us and wave us goodbye - we will return :)

The rooms were airy and comfortable, and we were able to cook several meals in the kitchenette, make coffee every morning and relax on the patio outside the kitchen door. The washer and dryer are located on the 3rd floor, and there is a very spacious rooftop patio for all the guests to use. Our hosts Sergio and Caesar were absolutely wonderful. They were extremely responsive to any questions or requests we had (it got chilly on some nights and they were able to get us extra comforters for our beds, etc.), plus gave us excellent advice about off the beaten path places to visit (such as Galatina that had the best Pasticiotto ever!). I highly recommend Palazzo Ricciardi with its unique blend of old world charm and modernity!

Location is great, in the middle of the old city. Communication was perfect, super friendly and helpful over whatsapp. The place is cosy and romantic in a cave style room with good facilities. Great for a short stay. A bonus was the breakfast being provided from a lovely cafe, the best breakfast we had our whole trip.
