I can't recommend it enough. We stayed at the Domu which made all the difference I guess. Our room was clean, comfy, and cozy and the view was spectacular! The staff was super friendly and helped us in every way. They provide everything you need to make your stay pleasant and practical. Don't forget that this is a camping site, so bathrooms are outside and shared, but they are super clean and modern. The kitchen is also outside but has everything you need. That cup of coffee in the morning overlooking Mt. Fuji will be an experience we will never forget! Thank you for an amazing stay!

The food was great, each meal was made up of various dishes, typically japanese. The view of the lake and mount fuji from the room and the public bath was breathtaking. The staff was very kind and helpful. They can pick you up from the station and drop you off too. The room was clean and quite large, more than enough for a couple.

Location: Very close to the city center, compared with the few 5-star hotels in the same region which are more difficult to get to. Easy taxi ride from Kawaguchiko train station; hotel provides a free pickup upon arrival. Without luggage, one can easily bike between the hotel and the train station. Within walking distance (just walk over the Kawaguchiko Bridge) to Ubuyagasaki Shrine which is a top venue to watch the Fuji Mountain during sunrise. Room: Comfortable and luxurious; newly remodeled with modern facilities yet preserves the traditional Japanese onsen styles. Particularly impressed by the bathroom, indoor bath, and the private outdoor hot tub! Privacy: This onsen pays great attention to offering privacy to guests. Not only did the rooms feel this way, check-in and checkout as well as the breakfast experience were all private. Breakfast: More than amazing!!!

It is situated 7.8 km from Lake Kawaguchi and provides a 24-hour front desk. The luxury tent features rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. Location was away from the downtown area and was a 15 minute walk from the nearest bus station that takes you around Kawaguchiko. I liked how clean the common areas, bathroom and sleeping areas were. The dome was surprisingly very warm and cozy when temps drop at night. If you're planning to use the kitchen area, be prepared to buy groceries (about a 15-20 minute commute by bus to Ogino).

Mount Fuji is just behind the place. Wake up in the morning with a beautiful view of Mount Fuji. Very near to restaurants, Family Mart & 7E are just 5 minutes walk. Fuji-Q also just walkable.
