We left for our safari early so sadly did not get to try breakfast, but were very satisfied by the room, and appreciated the warm reception/ extra care the staff gave to our family! While there was no common space (think motel style rooms that spit out onto a outside porch) we were only there one night and it suited our needs well. The safari company was able to pick us up from this location so all worked well.

We had a very nice stay at wild Wadi Wilpattu, Manori helped us to book transport for a good price, she organize a safari in wilpattu, even though the guide wasn't very informative, we had a nice day in the park, and saw a lot of birds and animals. We had a evening boat trip in the lagoon, saw 2 old baobab trees, but only few birds, but a nice sundown. Manori drove us to our next destination, we had nuts, curd and juice from king coconut on the way, and she was very nice and informative, the price for the tour was very fair.

I wanted to extend for two more days and it was no problem at all. The safari that I booked through them was amazing and the transfer that they organized was perfect. Also the accomodation is located near the National parc, so its easy to have an early entrance. Besides the great Safari experience the Locatiin Overall is really Nice located in middle of Rice fields, if you love Naturen you should visit Green Saphire.

Surrounded by wildlife and nature, the camp-site is 7 km from the park’s entrance and just 500 metres from the park's boundary. So wonderfull place! It was a great expirience to stay at the Big Game Safari camp. The people are so friendly and kind and the candle light diner is so good and like A fairytale. We love Everything about it and had also A beautifull Safari day. Book A hole day Safari instead of A half day is my advice
