The house itself is quite old, lovely wooden staircase, and indeed, painted a wonderful framboise colour. We had a large room with twin beds, which was great for my sister and I.

The other point I would like to make is there are building works going on next to the apartments which start early in the morning and the dust also effected my daughter who has asthma. Apart from that it is a very nice apartment and as public transport is free in Luxembourg it was convenient for the buses into the centre.

The host was very friendly, the room was clean and cozy and the surroundings were great. We were allowed to bring our dog free of charge. The owners pay much attention to details and you can see that from the beginning on. There's a park spot in front of the garages, and the property is easy to reach by car. We were pleasantly surprised to be served vegan breakfast and the owner did a great job choosing the right groceries for it. The dining and sitting areas were separate from the room and the setting was really nice as well. Will surely return in spring or summer, when the whole garden is supposed to add even more to the charm of this place.
