The flat is conveniently located very close to the bustops offering connections to nearby towns and also to the train and even the airport (LUX). Tons of natural light comes through the windows during the day and there are lots of well-placed lamps for evening ambiance. A lot of the artwork is original and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The whole place was spotless, including the bathroom which had soft, brilliantly white towels. There is a large outdoor seating area with couches, a table and chairs, and lovely flowers everywhere! Astrid is very responsive and replied within seconds whenever I messaged her. She even brought extra coffee beans for us to use in the super-fancy coffee machine. This is a really nice place in a great location if you want to do some hiking.

Nice and warm to come back to after visiting the Christmas markets. About a 20 minute walk into the centre of Trier, but there is a bus stop just 1 minute walk away with regular buses. The host, Pascal, was very responsive and helpful with recommendations for restaurants, etc. Couldn't fault our stay at all and would really recommend the Red Rock Home.

Rocco met us, helped us with our luggage and provided a great deal of useful information. A bonus was the easy street parking at the rear of the property and the bus stop to go to the town centre out the front.
