It felt like someone had thought through what travelers really need or as our daughter said ‘the owners here think about people, not only money’. Ruben is the perfect host. He welcomed us warmly and showed us a beautiful new trail above Bergen that we wouldn’t have discovered on our own. He also gave us great recommendations on what to see and do in the area. We also really appreciated being able to charge our electric car for a symbolic price. The apartment has a lovely terrace where you can relax outside and enjoy the fresh air (weather permitting 😊), and if it gets too warm, there’s air conditioning inside to keep things comfortable. Thank you, Ruben, for everything—this place was a real highlight of our trip!

Charming Bergen house, rare historic house from 1779, Whole house has a patio and is situated in Bergen, within just 1.4 km of Rosenkrantz Tower and 1.3 km of The Maria Church. We had a wonderful stay at this small and cozy house. It truly felt like a home, with everything well-arranged for a comfortable experience. The flexible check-in was a big plus, making the arrival process smooth and stress-free. The location was excellent—very close to the city center, with a bus stop just a 2-minute walk away. Additionally, the nearby Joker store, also just 2 minutes away, was a great convenience. The host was excellent, providing clear and detailed instructions on how to reach the property, which was incredibly helpful. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm and hassle-free stay!
