The bungalow (espacially the terrace) was nice to stay and observe the crabs hiding in there holes. You are really in the nature with a lot of plants around. Claude met us at the airport and took us to the house. He was very friendly and helpful. The best part was a car came with the property. The property is about 10 minutes from town but since you have a car the distance did not matter. I highly recommend the property.

The homestay features family rooms. We had a wonderful stay here! We were lucky enough to be there at the same time as the owners, who were undertaking renovations, and they treated us like family. The unit was rustic, but perfectly comfortable - the one we were staying in will be the owners house now that renovations are completed, I believe, and the new units look much nicer. We spent some wonderful mornings and evenings sitting at the front shelter, beachcombing on the beach, and watching the waves break on the reef with coffee or beers. Sunsets here were fabulous. It's only a couple of km walk or a quick bike ride/drive into town for everything you need, the supermarket there is very well stocked, and there are good swimming beaches close by. Merci beaucoup, Frank and Juliette - we loved Huahine and had the best time :-)
