There is a nice supermarket a few minutes away on foot, and other grocery stores, restaurants and takeaways are in close proximity.

Me and my family recently had the pleasure of staying at Otantik Residence and I must say that our experience was exceptional. Benjamin, the host, was incredibly welcoming, he met us in the airport (at midnight!) and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. He was always available to answer any questions I had and went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel itself was also fantastic. The rooms were clean and spacious, with all the dishes and table-ware available for self-catering, including coffee machine, oven, refrigirator etc, and also washing machine (and even iron with ironing table! :)) as well as a snorkeling inventory, shortly saying - everything one need for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect with fantastic views (both from the balcony (sea view) and a kitchen (mountain view), about 10 minutes ride by car from the city center (car available for rent on-site as an option), aslo with access to public transportation as well, the bus stop is about 200 meters from the property. Overall, I would highly recommend Otantik Residence to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the area with beautiful views and without the crowd of the city, but pretty near it.

Well-functioning air conditioning. Very friendly service and delicious, varied breakfasts. It was great that there was a washing machine and that we received clean towels and beach towels every day. Big kitchen with all necessary ustensils. The balcony is a perfect spot to observe sunset and flying foxes.

Location which is in a hidden place but very near to shops, beach and transport. Excellent service of the host and the team. We were getting married there and the owner arranged for us car with decoration to get us to the beach and back including decorating the room after ceremony.
