The location was terrific-close enough to the beach, night market and excellent restaurants but far enough so that it is quiet and peaceful. Parking for our rental car was perfect. The AC was excellent. The staff is hard-working with the room cleaning, grounds maintenance and pool cleaning. The kitchen area was well equipped for our needs and the bed was firm and comfy, just the way we like it. All in all, a fine choice for an extended stay. Just remember, this is NOT North America or Europe.

There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. The guest house features parking on-site, a solarium and full-day security. I extended my stay in Koh Samui, my option that I choose is Jade Cottage. It was the best decision I made. One of the best places that I saw on my Thailand trip, you will be welcomed by the sweet lady ( Mia ). She is an employee in the cottage and helped to set up the room before my arrival. Then I met ( Alian ) the owner of the Jade Cottages. He is so energetic and has this vibes that he is an old friend. Let’s talk about the place, you will feel like you are entering a jungle, a small swimming pool with sunbeds, the place is so peaceful and what I love is a small place with around 5 or 6 cottages, so if you are looking for a peaceful location this is the one. There is a cafe ( Tima’s Cafe ) owned by Alian’s son. The location is so close to all the attractions you need, like fishman villagers markets, not to mention the Samui Airport about 7 km away. Definitely my next visit to Koh Samui will be in The Jade Cottage.
