We stayed in April'23. 1) Rooms are warm and cosy, the beds were good; the facilities incl. bathroom and shower quality are very good; 2) Breakfast is super tasty and various; 3) the garden with blooming trees invites for an evening tea; 4) the hotel is in quiet part of Avanos, but super-close to the center at the same time (just cross the river).
