Our five-night stay at Phong Nha Dawn Homestay could not have been any better. The owner Tutu, her colleague Thuy, and the rest of the staff are all superb, friendly and helpful. They helped us organize trips, moto-bike rentals, drivers, tours, transfers, etc. and provided handy local advice. They prepared yummy breakfasts and offered neat (optional) 'family dinners' at which we enjoyed meeting other guests/travelers. A flawless stay - we were sad to leave.

Helped us book our onward bus ticket and even gave us a room after we had checked out to shower and freshen up as our bus didn't arrive until 9:30pm. Spacious rooms, with a balcony and a large pool! Would definitely stay again.

The staff was very friendly and helped us book tours, busses, and bicycles. She booked us a bus to Phong Nha and it turned out to be a really nice vip sleeper bus and was a great price (way cheaper than 12GO!). She even drove us to the bus station on her bike and waited with us until our bus arrived. The wifi was excellent. Breakfast comes with lots of fruit and the cinnamon pancakes were delicious!
