The hotel is in like new condition, very high grand ceilings and very nicely decorated. The rooms are at the perfect size with opening windows so you can stand and enjoy the breeze and view of the city and mountains. The bed was excellent for my taste, firm. Wifi was fast and easy to connect. Breakfast offered some local Armenian and European cuisine. The hotel is just a block away from the Metro which costs just 100 Dram ($0.30) each trip, so you can save yourself money by staying a little bit out of the city center. Excellent hotel, highly recommended.

Great host, treats guests like family, always helps, advises, gives a lift, translates and advises. His wife makes a great breakfast and his father is a master chief of Barbecue, he taught us how to make traditional Sish kebab and told a lot of great stories. The reason why I write this is because all of that makes you feel safe from the beginning in such a country as Armenia and i think it's the biggest advantage for this choice of hotel.

The staffs Gregor, Saternik, Garnik, Vahan are amazing hosts. Was originally booked in a Double room with balcony for 3 nights. Stayed in the original room for my 1st night and on my 2nd, realized that my shower is blocked. Saternik stepped in and upgraded my room to the bigger room with bath tub for the rest of my stay. Extended 2 more nights with them and Vahan kept me in the big room with the same price as the original room! I wanted to stay longer with them but they are fully booked for the rest of the days im staying in yerevan 🥲 (new years). Property is in an excellent location in a really nice street. Everything is in walking distance and I would absolutely stay with them again whenever I come back to yerevan in the future. Very highly recommended. 👍👍👍

Hightly Recommended 😆 Nice spaceship type sleeping consoles with a blind for privacy. Comfortable bed. Quiet location and very clean. There is a water cooler with a hot water tap which is ideal for making snacks or hot beverages. 😆

I would def recommend to book this hostel if you are solo traveler for a single room. It is very decent price to be in the center of the city. Hostel is very clean, and staff is so helpful. Location - amazing! There is Orion apart-hotel upstairs, so I guess if you have a bit bigger budget you can rent there.
