Lovely relaxed place. right on the edge of the wetlands. Free use of bikes, which was brilliant as National Park and other places were accessible by bike. Boat trips were amazing, so much to see and spent ages around where the capybaras and caimans were.

Cabaña Piri's location directly facing the lagoon is fantastic, complete with a wooden deck and fire pit. The total isolation is a real treat. The Nordic-style cabin boasts large windows with stunning views. The owner, Maike, provided great service and was very attentive to every detail throughout our stay. Her warm hospitality greatly enhanced our experience. We loved the open quincho with a grill and great airflow. The garden filled with birds was a joy to watch from inside or out. A perfect retreat for tranquility and nature lovers in the Esteros del Iberá. Highly recommended!

THe house is very spacious, we were two couples and it was even more space for three people. The fridge was supplied with all you need for a decent breakfast. THe owners have a little shop next to the house were you could get any other necessary items. THe hosts were very friendly and helpful to inform us about what to do in the area.

We spent 6 nights here in January 2023. It is exactly our kind of hotel and area. The owners of the hotel, Fabricio and Patricia, and their Augustina, were some of the most hospitable people you could hope to meet. Fabricio worked his whole life in National Parks across Argentina and has good knowledge of the birds and local wildlife, if you have any questions, go to him! They will help arrange anything you need (boat tours, walking tours, transfers) and look after you like you are family. The vibe generally is very relaxed, there is a swimming pool to cool off on hot summer afternoons, and a BBQ area if you want to cook at the property. Breakfast is great, with delicious home made jams and marmalades as well as toast, ham, cheese, fruit, yoghurt, freshly squeezed juice, coffee etc. The reserve is just a gem. Not too many tourists and loads and loads of wildlife.
