Nice appartment, has almost everything you need. The location is great - you can see mountains from your window, 7min by car to skying resorts in Zell am See or Kaprun. The host is easy to communicate and helful. Good and comfortable for family, recommended, good value for money.

I travel a lot, to the sea, tourist goals and, especially, skiing. I stayed in 5-star and 4-star hotels...I left both positive and negative reviews according to how I felt treated. I arrived at LukasMayr ​​by accident, there I found an offer for the last hundred meters for Zell, Saalbach, Kaprun. And I want to say that it was the best choice. It was the first time I felt at home. The friendliness of the staff, the management, the large and clean rooms, the parking, the quietness of the settlement of 4000 people, their respect. As for the food, breakfast and dinner...impeccable. Maybe nowhere have I eaten better and more organized (each room had a reserved table). Congratulations to the family of owners, who work side by side with the employees and who gave me the impression that the LukasMayr ​​team is a family in itself. The ski bus leaves right in front of the hotel. Room for heating slippers. A hotel that this family rented in ruins and is trying to bring it to perfection. The road is difficult, but I am convinced that they will succeed We will definitely be back. P.S. No, we are not friends and I was not paid for this review. That's how I felt the stay. Like HOME. All the spa facilities are great. The panorama spa which is only for hotel guests is amazing, with breathtaking view. The sauna sessions which are in every hour were great, the sauna guy was also very funny. The view from everywhere (room, spa, restaurant, bar) is amazing, you can see the beautiful mountains (if there is no cloud), basically you don't need to go anywhere to enjoy this amazing view. The food selection for breakfast and dinner is huge. There are much more healthy options than other hotels I've been before. There was every day a different theme (Asian, Italian, seafood etc.) that made the dining more interesting. One of the waiters called Marek from Slovakia was super friendly and polite.

Excellent location - 100 meters from old town streets.. Everything you need for a stay - kitchen with dishwasher, coffe mashines and so. Very comfortable bed. Personel was very kind, everything was perfect. In hot days maybe AC would be a benefit.

    Spacious, clean apartment close to a small village and many ski areas - all for a fraction of the cost of staying slopeside. Gracious host. We chose to ski at 4 different mountains, each day choosing whichever suited us. This location is ideally suited to that strategy, assuming you have a car.

    The staff was always very kind, available, helpful and communicative. The room was very clean, warm and bright. Haus Maria is very well located, about 10 minutes by car from Zell am See and Kaprun. Also, the ski bus stop is in front of the guesthouse. I appreciated that there was a room for storing skis and boot dryers. We felt very well in this location and we recommend it.

    Superb location, beautiful view on mountains and the river below the balcony. Our Deluxe room was splendid and very spacious. Rooms and whole hotel was very clean. Breakfasts were excellent and delicious. Distance to ski slopes by car just 10 minutes at maxium. Thank you very much Thurners!
