We had the most fantastic stay at Haven Mountain Retreat. The staff exceeded our expectations with their warm and attentive service. The breakfast was superb, offering a wide variety of high-quality options to start our days. The pool and spa, set against the backdrop of that breathtaking view, were simply wonderful. Our dining experience at the hotel's restaurant was exceptional, with delicious cuisine and impeccable service. What made our stay truly special was the unexpected room upgrade we received. The room was not only spacious and comfortable but also offered a stunning view that took our breath away. Our stay was an unforgettable experience, thanks to the outstanding staff, delightful breakfast, incredible pool and spa, exquisite dining, and the generous room upgrade. Great interaction with the farm animals, and the whole family are welcoming hosts. The view, the location, the atmosphere, everything is wonderful. Breakfast and afternoon cake always super tasty. It was our second visit and we will surely be back!

This apartment was great with wonderful view to the mountains from the terrace in back garden. Love this area and would definitely stay here again. Though I was a solo traveller, there was plenty of space. Very welcoming host on site - so easy access to apartment. Option for fresh bread delivery to your door each morning. Easy walk across to Gondelbahn and Alpendorf.

I absolutely loved this hotel! It’s super cozy and perfect for everyone—whether you’re traveling solo, with family, or with furry friends. As a solo female Asian traveler, I felt safe and welcomed here. The food is superb, so be sure to include the half board option or make a reservation. Great value for money!     Perfect location to enjoy the city and have easy access to all facilities for skiers and during summer time for treking. Apartment was very clean and very well equipped. What is most important our Host (Gerhard) was amazing and very helpful. We liked also nice view from windows and taras.

    The location is great - the appartement is only a few hundred meters away from the ski lift, you can reach it on foot. If it is enough snow you can also ski all the way to the appartement. The owner mrs. Christina is very friendly and the appartement was very clean and comfortable with two bedrooms and a new and clean bathroom.

    I don't know where to begin; the best place we've ever been by far! . Rosa, the host is friendly, the apartment is simply perfect, comfortably accommodating a family with five children. The apartment has everything you need, and the location is ideal. I have no doubt that if I return to the area, I will come back here without hesitation. Highly recommend, a perfect five star score. I have never been so satisfied with a perfect score before."

    This hotel is incredible. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast, lunch/snack, and dinner included in the room price was exceptional. The location and views are stunning - one of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed in. Room was large and comfortable, very clean, great beds/pillows. An absolute treat from start to finish.
