The staff in the hotel as well as the restaurant was incredibly nice, polite and professional. 10/10 points for the service! The room was nicely kept, good maintenance of the interior, especially the shower. The view on the river was amazing. The coffee on the breakfast buffet makes also a very positive difference to other hotels, since it is a high-quality coffee served from the kitchen and not one of those typical industrial all-in-one coffee machines.

Directions to property were great, check in was very easy. Hosts were very prompt on their communication, came to check on us the following day to make sure everything was okay. Property was pristine, easy parking for our rental car. Close to the markets and restaurants. Great quality for money, we really enjoyed our stay here. Bed was also very comfy, they have definitely taken the extra time to make the stay more comfortable and luxurious for guests. As travellers on a budget, we were really pleasantly surprised. We want to come back! We also loved Pixie the cat

We felt at home in the facility, everything in the apartment was new and had everything we needed. We stayed in the studio apartment, it was very spacious. The location was 5 minutes from the bridge, in a quiet place on its own street away from the noise, which was very good. Also, the apartment was in a private area, which felt us safer. The train station is 20 minutes away by foot, the patisserie and the market are 2 minutes away, there is also a very cute cafe a little further. The manager was really nice, we had a few requests and he was really helpful. We were able to get answers to all our questions immediately. If we come again, I definitely wouldn't look for another place. (The large window provides privacy because it doesn't show the inside, but for those like me who can't sleep in the light, it would be a plus to put up a curtain:).

It was a 10min walk from the old town, so if you’re after a place a little out of the noise then this is perfect. The host is absolutely amazing, will do washing for you, brings you snacks and everything. Great hospitality!

    We loved our stay! Ibrhaim (host) was very friendly and helpful, the property was beautiful, clean and stocked with some coffee/sweets which were very appreciated. Location was great, outside of Mostar but only a 15-20min drive away. A perfect little oasis.

    The staff was exquisite, very nice and helpful. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Food was incredible and the hotel restaurant has an amazing view. It's about 10 min car ride away from Old bridge Mostar. The location is peaceful and very suitable for trevelling couples. Overall stay was absolutely incredible. 11/10 would come again.
