Absolutely beautiful property in the heart of Potosi. The lobby and common areas are so clean and pretty. The room was incredible with extremely comfortable beds with soft bedding. Large armchair in the room and table as well. Great shower with amazing pressure and hot water. Breakfast buffet was excellent and varied from day to day. Quiet for a good sleep and close to the main plaza. A real highlight of our time in South America.

We loved this hotel especially because of the amazing staff. I had food poisoning (from my stay in Uyuni) and the staff at reception were extremely helpful. They brought tea to the room and checked up on me to make sure I was okay. They also helped by calling the bus company to move our ticket to the following day (we had to extend our stay by a night so I could recover). Apart from that the room was super comfortable and spacious, and the location is very central, just a couple of minutes from the main attractions.

My partner and I stayed in a private room for one night before getting a night bus to Tarija. The room was comfortable with an en suite. They let us store our bags for the whole day till our night bus for free which was great. In a central location but still wasn't too loud, recommend! For anyone looking to do a tour of the mines, we recommend using Big Deal Tours, as it's a company where all the employees are either ex or current miners.

Our stay was amazing! The owner is the nicest person. He helped us organize a trip to the mines with Koala tours which was very professional and we would highly recommend the company. We could do the laundry in the hotel which was perfect and smelled very nice. Breakfast was also good with fruits, eggs, bread, jam and drinks. Room was spacious, shower was hot and location could not be better. Also the terrace on top had a very nice view. Wifi was working ok

We couldn't of been luckier with finding this hostel in Potosi. Everything was perfect. Nelson was the kindest host, and was so accommodating. They catered to making a vegan breakfast for me, which was so greatly appreciated. Rooms were comfortable, very clean, and the location super central
