The hotel feels pretty new. Facilities are high quality, everything is clean. Staff were helpful, only some of them could speak english to varying degrees but its not a big deal for me. They accept international cards, debit and credit. Location is pretty good, close to bus stops to get everywhere (the local buses accept international credit cards). Bus 120, the same one that goes to the airport, goes to the iguacu falls and it stops at a bus stop that is very close to the hotel. There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby. It's a themed hotel, like a jungle lodge. Everything is made of rustic looking wood or wood-like material and they even have a soft background sound throughout the hotel with crickets and some bird sounds. Its quite nice to fall asleep to at night.

That's absolutely gem in my travels. Ultra clean, with a very nice and cozy space and details, and what was a Cherry on the top - the communication was amazing. All my requested were fulfilled and all my questions were responded within few minutes. And the bed - I wish I had such a comfortable bed in my house ☺️ Perfect to stay for few days while visitting Iguazu and nearby attractions.

When we arrived, we were welcomed with champagne. Our room was exceptionally clean and equipped with two air conditioners. Housekeeping visited twice a day, which was a pleasant surprise. Everything was in the details—the cables from our laptops and phones were neatly tied into bows after cleaning. A fresh pitcher of water and small treats, like chocolates, appeared in our room after each visit. One day, I left my shirt crumpled on a chair, and when we returned three hours later, it had been ironed, carefully folded, and wrapped in paper. This hotel is truly a gem in the jungle. Chickens roam freely around the property, parrots reside here, and many birds, including hummingbirds, can be seen flying around. Communication with the reception was handled via WhatsApp, which was much more convenient than using the phone. Every message we sent was responded to within two minutes. The restaurant and bar were beautifully designed, and most importantly, the food was delicious. Breakfast was outstanding and followed a Turkish-style concept—a variety of small, delicious portions were served, leaving us feeling completely satisfied, like a full and happy balloon by the end. Everything was perfect, but there is always room for improvement. Personally, I would have loved to see more animals around the property—perhaps a few friendly cats. Of course, that’s just my personal preference, and the hotel might not agree. We have traveled to more than 30 countries, and for the past three years, we’ve been living for three months in each country we visit. Out of all the places we’ve stayed, this hotel is truly the best we’ve found, and we couldn’t be happier.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and took care of our belongings both before check-in and after check-out at no charge. Despite the language barrier, they made an effort to communicate everything we needed. The rooms were clean and new, and the bed was very comfortable. The TV offered various streaming platforms.
