The design in the room was very modern and cool. Staff were lovely. We had a really bad first night, and I asked to move room the next day and it was no problem however, it is not straight forward. I had to go to the cafe at the entrance to use their phone to ring a number and explain the situation (as they don't have a reception/everything is on an app on your phone). It's self checkin, and very simple and clear. The rooms were so chic, and very very clean. The hotel rates were very affordable, especially for Switzerland. And the location is very central, walking distance from the main train station, close to great food and bars and shops.
