Breakfast was good, with many oriental options, sometimes labelled in English, and at other times not, but altogether navigable. The buffet options were great. The hotel service was excellent! When I couldn't figure out how to drive into the hotel, they even video-called me to guide me, which was really convenient. I parked my car right downstairs of the hotel. Upon arrival, the front desk staff greeted me with smiles—they looked very friendly. The check-in process was quick, and the staff were professional too. The room used a keypad lock for entry, which was safe and convenient, so I didn’t have to worry about losing a room card. The room facilities were complete and easy to use. What’s more, I could enjoy a free late checkout until 2 PM, which was perfect for someone like me who loves sleeping in. Thumbs up, thumbs up! Oh, and they even upgraded my room type for me—thumbs up 👍
