The hotel seems newly renovated with the highest standards. Super clean everywhere. The room was spacious and comfortable, bedding/linen/pillows were just amazing. The shower had a perfect pressure and plus point for the heated seat toilet. The breakfast had a but of everything from dim sum to pastry. Lots of veggies and fruit. Does the job and is a welcome gift. Location was great, 5 mins walk to line 1 and less than 10 mins to line 8. Several restaurants around for traditional food at night. While the staff didn’t speak English, they were welcoming and engaging. Just a translation app away.

I loved this hotel. Rooms are new, and really clean. Bed sheets are perfectly clean. A lot of young people working in hotel, and they are really helpful. First night we arrived late, and we were really hungry, Long helped us to order some food to hotel, and he even helped me to order stroller for my baby, that was really cool. Metro station is 5 min. walk, and if you want to walk to center, it is just half hour.

Five-Star Experience with Exceptional Service Our stay exceeded all expectations, earning a well-deserved five-star rating. The customer support team was outstanding - highly responsive and incredibly helpful throughout our entire visit. The apartments themselves are excellent, offering significantly more space and amenities than traditional hotel rooms. Some need a bit of updating, but still beat a lot of 3-4 star hotels I stayed in in China or EU/US. The location is unbeatable, situated just a 5-minute walk from Nanjing Lu and the metro station, making exploration of the city effortless. While the entrance to the apartment complex may differ from Western standards, the entry is very easy once they show you and the security measures are exemplary. The property benefits from security personnel and its location on a bustling street adds an extra layer of safety and convenience. I highly recommend utilizing their airport pickup service. The value is excellent, particularly for groups or travelers with multiple pieces of luggage. This service sets the tone for the exceptional hospitality that defines the entire stay.

    The room was very clean and comfortable. It had everything you can ask for. The location was truely goog, because the Metro was right in front of the door. The Maglev Train not even 5 min by foot. In the area there is a little coffee shop and a very cheap, but good breakfast spot, so breakfast in the Hotel for extra charge is not nescessary.

    Lovely room, the bath tub with a city view was an added bonus- but the room was lovely even without that, extra large comfortable bed, very clean, stocked fridge everyday. Breakfast was excellent, with good choice for everyone. Bar prices were good too and the terrace over looking the city at night is a lovely place for an evening drink. Location is ideal- easy walk to the Bund, Yu Yuan garden and the old town shopping street. Staff were also lovely and friendly- would definitely recommend- ideal place to stay in Shanghai
