I was impressed with my room, it offered a sizeable double bed and the accomodation itself overlooked the Amazon river. where you can admire the sunrise and sunset. The staff were super helpful & friendly. The Maloka in the center of the accommodation offered the perfect space to browse the handmade artesanias, as well as enjoy a meal and meet local people and travellers alike. I would go back in a heartbeat.

Charlie and his family have a beautiful place and make you feel like part of the family. He arranged / did tours with us which were fantastic with knowledgeable guides. Everything was amazing. I would love to come back. Incredible value for money.

Very welcoming hosts, free coffee and great views; Free kayak to go on the river; Very comfy room, even though there are insects, the bed net helps keep them away; Great location in the forest, you can really feel you're in the jungle.

Great hospitality of owners will make us coming back. Leon is an experienced and knowledgable guide who can offer you various types of jungle trips. Our accomodation was humble, but very clean. Super fast wifi connection and hammocks allowed us to chill out a bit and plan next trips.

Had a wonderful experience in the hotel. Good clean rooms (with airco, very much needed here!), nice food, and great and helpful staff. Staying at this hostal with a local family was an unforgettable experience! It offered an authentic glimpse into the daily life of the Macedonia community. We had incredible adventures, including a night walk through the jungle, a canoe ride on the river, and an amazing trip to a neighboring community in Peru. The chance to observe the stunning nature up close was truly special. The food was delicious, and the comfort exceeded our expectations. If only we could have stayed longer!

The perfect place for some rainforest relaxation. Jhon coordinated everything prior to our arrival, including boat to/from Mocagua and tours. On arrival we were met by Nelson and transported to the location by boat and 15 min walk (high water season). We did several activities, most within walking distance of the accommodation. Standout was the Cocoa Route, harvesting and processing chocolate from their own trees. The place is owned by a local family and they were lovely (even with our poor Spanish).
