We booked last minute and were very glad we did. The apartment is very tastefully decorated, clean and spacious. The balcony is facing a pool which is very nice. The beds are comfortable and big. The kitchen has everything you need to cook your meals. The neighborhood is quiet and tranquil. We would highly recommend this apartment.

We had an amazing stay at Ocean View Luxury in Santa Maria! The building is brand new, modern, and very well maintained, which adds an extra level of comfort to the experience. The location is ideal — just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops, yet tucked away in a quiet area that’s perfect for relaxing. The apartment itself is cozy, nicely decorated, and exceptionally clean. You can really feel the care and attention to detail. The host was warm, helpful, and always available for anything we needed. Their hospitality made us feel truly welcome. On top of all that, it offers excellent value for the quality and comfort provided. Highly recommended — we would definitely love to return!

The property was really well supplied with a beautiful pool and great porch. The location is great, a 5 minute walk to the beach and near restaurants/bars and supermarkets. Balzhas, the owner, was amazing! He made us feel completely at home, sent us lots of recommendations, came over with treats for us, and made sure we had everything we needed for the stay. I could not compliment him more if I tried.
