Room Was as expected, clean comfortable and had all amenities. Location was great, close to beaches, city centre, restaurants, bars. Nissi Beach has to be the better beach to go to. Pool was amazing, Staff were incredible. cant recommend high enough.

We stayed at Rosam Seaview Holiday Apartment in Ayia Napa and had a good experience overall. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with basic but functional decor. It had everything we needed for a short stay. The location is great — it’s right between Nissi Beach and Ayia Napa Centre, so you’re close to both the beach and all the restaurants and attractions, but still in a quieter area. The host was easy to communicate with, and check-in was smooth. It’s a solid option if you’re looking for a simple, relaxed place to stay with good access to everything Ayia Napa has to offer The owner, Sami, was very helpful and friendly. He offers transfers to and from the airport and he’s happy to give tips for sightseeing or even take you around if needed, which was a nice extra touch. Thanks Sami!

The house had everything, even coffee, oil, spices. Very clean and stylish. Beautiful yard to seat outside. The location is ideal to avoid the buzzy roads of Ayia Napa and Protaras and the view is beautiful, every room has its own bath and TV. We stayed for two days and needed more to enjoy the house

    We liked everything very much, a wonderful spacious villa with a sea view, a gorgeous pool, a large barbecue area, new air conditioners, 2 bathrooms, a huge kitchen, the owner of the villa is a wonderful responsive woman ready to help at any time, there is parking and a place for children to play, there is a good restaurant and an inexpensive supermarket nearby. The location of the villa is ideal, 1.5 km to the water park and 5 km to Ayia Napa. The neighbors are quiet, the place is prestigious.

    We were stuck on in Abu Dahbi our way back from Phuket to Israel. We managed to get flights out to Cyprus. We were looking for cheap accommodation for a few nights until we could secure a flight from Larnaca to Tel Aviv. The Nelia was within our budget so we booked. It was perfect. Location, breakfast buffet for 7 Euro. Supermarket attached to the hotel. 1.65 Euro for a beer. Also a bar attached with big screens for the football. 3 minute walk to the harbour and beach. Loads of restaurants and bars close by.

    The apartment is spacious enough for three people and very comfortable. Not only was it spotless, but Maria was also kind enough to provide us with some basic amenities (including soap and toilet paper), as well as an assortment of coffees and tees to choose from and a bottle of white Cypriot wine as well, which is very thoughtful of her! Honestly, couldn’t recommend it more! The location is very convenient too, it being less than a five minute walk from the centre! Don’t hesitate for a second to book this apartment for your next vacation!
