We stayed just for one night but we really enjoyed comfortable beds, delicious food and cleanliness everywhere. There was a strong storm the night we arrived and from the early morning the staff was working hard to clean all of the outside area around the hotel. All of the staff members were kind and helpful. The hotel is located in a quiet area. There are direct buses to Larnaca center and airport but also for example to Protaras and Ayia Napa (the bus stop is just right in front of the hotel) so the location is fine for trips to other parts of Cyprus also by bus. As a cat lover I liked also the cat feeding station placed in the outside area 🐈

The apartment was extremely spacious (high ceiling was an overlooked "bonus") and tidy. The area is indeed still under construction, but since I was away for most of the day, I wasn't bothered by it, as the evenings were calm and quiet, apart from the cicada noises. Another big bonus for me was the kitchen, as it had almost everything to cook a nice meal.

Cozy apartments with everything you might need inside. They have a very good breakfast at a good price. On a walking distance from the beach, where there are a lot of water sports available. On a walking distance to very good restaurants with local food - we enjoyed the food in Mamas' restaurant, just 200m down the street. The bus 425 from the airport stops right next to the hotel, so the location is good for both sightseeing in the center and/or traveling from/to the airport because of the comfortable transportation. The pool is clean, and the kids love it. We had a lot of fun there. Right next to the hotel, there are shops with souvenirs, ice cream, sweets, cosmetics, good wine, and anything you might need. The hotel also has a very beautiful garden. The hosts are amazing and do anything to make your stay unforgettable. My warm regards to both of them. Philip suggested we go to Camil Park, which was so fun, and the kids enjoyed it so much. Visit if you have a chance. And also to a boat ride, which due to change in the weather we didn't manage to do as planned but instead we did some sightseeing at Finikudes. However, it was a very good suggestion of Philip, which I am saving for next time. We will definitely be back one day to spend more time in Cyprus.

Everything was great, the owner was super nice, quick responding and caring, helped us with everything we needed. The apartment was fully decorated, every single thing that you might need was there, everything was thought off and complete. The apartment looks just as in the picture.

We had the most wonderful stay at this apartment in Larnaca! From the moment we arrived, our host Dora went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She was always on hand, incredibly helpful in every way, and even stocked the fridge with all the essentials (and more!) to get our holiday off to the perfect start. The apartment itself is simply fabulous – modern, stylish, spotlessly clean, and equipped with absolutely everything you could possibly need. Every detail has been thought of, making it a real home away from home. We couldn’t recommend this place highly enough and will 100% be booking again on our next trip to Cyprus. Thank you, Dora, for making our stay so special!

We were delighted with the days we spent in the apartment offered by Sergiu. It has a modern style, is spacious, and very comfortable. The building is new, we had parking for our rental car, and there was a supermarket nearby where we did our shopping and enjoyed traditional dishes. We didn’t miss anything, and communication with the host was quick and efficient.
