This hotel is seriously amazing. The street entrance is a little doorway with security but, then there is an amazing walkway through the most spectacular gardens ever. The service was beyond impeccable. Every person was happy to see you and very helpful - even at 0200 in morning!! The pool has two parts and is clean and quiet - soothing. Staff bring your towels to lounge and make sure all is good. The food is amazing from breakfast to evening - you seriously feel well cared for here.

First, I would like to start my review by saying a huge thank you to this beautiful place and its staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. During our stay, they went out of their way to make us feel at home. The place has a great atmosphere and authentic feel, I really loved it! Even better than the pictures.Our room was very tidy and clean with an amazing view. The chef serves delicious food every day. The breakfast is traditional and very delicious. Ahmed is the best. He is the nicest person I have met on my trip to Egypt. I hope to visit him again and again. I wish them all the best.

The hotel staff was very attentive and friendly, and they were happy to offer advice on anything we needed. The breakfasts were excellent. The rooms were clean and new. The receptionist, Ms. Merna, was very kind and friendly—she also advised us whenever we needed help. If I ever return to Luxor, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

The staff is absolutely awesome and super friendly! They go above and beyond to support you in whatever you need. They genuinely care about your safety and provide helpful information about Luxor. We stayed at the Karima hotel for 2 nights. Since our arrival time in Luxor was early, the hotel owners, Karima and Ali, kindly allowed us to check-in early, which was a very nice gesture. The hotel's location is a bit far from the center, but it's in a wonderful spot, immersed in nature. Additionally, it is very close to the Valley of the Kings. You can enjoy your meals with a fantastic view of the Valley of the Kings from the hotel terrace. The breakfasts and dinners at the hotel are delicious and organic. Also, it includes local Egyptian dishes. The hotel owners, Karima and Ali, are very sweet people, and we had beautiful conversations with them. The other staff members were also very friendly, open to communication, and respectful, which made us feel at home. In short, the atmosphere in the hotel was amazing, and it was a very clean place. Furthermore, Ali and Karima organize tours and hot air balloon experiences for hotel guests, which made things very convenient for us. I am sure I will visit Luxor again one day, and when I do, I will definitely stay at this hotel again. Thank you for everything
