We are group that was travelling around in Europe before reaching Egypt and Marsa Alam was our first destination in Egypt. Gemma resort set the bar high to our expectations for the rest of the trip and an extraordinary example for Egyptian hospitality. Everything in the hotel was perfect. The rooms spacious and cleans, pools clean and in different locations and beaches were amazing with great snorkeling spots. I can not speak enough about the food, no moment in the day where food is not served and in different cuisines with amazing quality. The most interesting part to me thing is that everyone is assuring you are having good time in your stay and I literally mean EVERYONE. Whether it is Mr Mahmoud, Hazem and Mohamed on the front desk or Atef and Abdo on the pool and the beach or Chef Mohamed Salah in the kitchen, every single one of these gentlemen made sure that our stay was comfortable and did not hesitate to provide the required assistance.

How should I rate this stay... Upon arrival at the hotel, we were surprised—the reception is beautiful, everything is clean, and the staff is very friendly. A welcome drink and a moist towel for refreshment are a standard here. We arrived at the hotel as early as 9:00 AM, and to our surprise, our room was already prepared for us. Before checking in, we went to enjoy breakfast (which was excellent). Unfortunately, we were given the wrong room, which had separate beds instead of a double bed. However, this was not a problem that Abdelsalam (the front office manager) couldn’t solve within a few minutes. Within 20 minutes, we were moved to a new, beautiful room. Regarding the accommodation: The rooms are very nice and modern. Since it's a new hotel, you might encounter a few minor issues (in our case, the air conditioning stopped working for a day), but a quick call to the reception, and everything is resolved to your satisfaction within minutes. The rooms are exceptionally well-equipped, and you will find everything you need for your stay. We greatly appreciated the regular restocking of the minibar. We had a Swim-up Junior room, which has direct access to the pool, and there was nothing to criticize about the room. Regarding the staff: We were pleasantly surprised that everyone greeted us and smiled at us. Any request or question was handled with a smile. We would especially like to thank the gentlemen (probably the restaurant managers) of the Italian and Asian restaurants, the friendly waiter named Samy, and the excellent bartender Abd.

I just want to join to the others, it is the best hotel in Marsa Alam, where the guests are the king. So friendly staff, unbelievable, we will miss all!! The rooms are so modern, the food is always different, animation and sport program! Thank you Natalia!!! The coral reef is amazing, we saw turtles, see cow dugong, dolphins, mantarays, calmars etc… We just want to come back and see how it looks like after grand opening and meet again the people we have in our hurts now. Wonderful and acommodating staff! The room is big, clean and cleaned daily, all toileterries provided, terrace is wonderful, equipped and beautiful view inclusive of sound of the waves! 😊 The pool is big, area around is spacious and all staff is extremely kind and helpful. I liked that its stress free zone, no overcommunication but just as normal. They promote wellness and peace, have beautiful gardens and nice beach access with jetties. Wonderful Karen's room, free fruit all day, clean water to drink, and many more details. The two main highlights for me are - cuisine, that means kitchen and their staff! They are simply wonderful, dishes are carefully curated with daily selection and fresh, specific good tastes where you find adequate mix of traditional and modern. Yhe staff greets us for every meal and is wonderful to communicate with, always helpful and nice coffee on spot, desserts as well. The chef is great person and super kind! Another one is Red Sea Project next to lodge, its a must visit!!! Their organisation, daily trips, knowledgable staff and commitment to values of nature, its preservation and no mass tourism is what striked us. We went to daily excursion to Wadi Gemal and half day excursion where we saw green turttle and dugong, its a lifetime experience and I well recommend you support their cause! All in all, the fantastic 5 days ending to our two weeks trip, simply 5 stars!

We felt incredibly welcomed here, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the atmosphere of the hotel is really warm. The food we ate at the hotel was delicious and everything in the building was really clean. We always received help with the transportation when we wanted to go to places further away.

A vacation that we will remember with enthusiasm. Luxurious hotel, beautiful, clean. Everywhere helpful staff. Excellent food. The beach a few steps from the room. "Room boy" Mohamed very helpful and kind, every day he prepared for us an animal made of towels during cleaning. Waiters on the beach and in the restaurant (we communicated the most with Amed and Ibrahim) fantastic, we were sorry to say goodbye. On the beach several lifeguards, the hotel has its own clinic, we felt safe and were in magical comfort. We will definitely come back here.
