Overall, walkable for sightseeing. - 24h reception with luggage storage, staff helpful and friendly. - Flat is very spacious, nice living room with comfy sofa and big TV, kitchenette included. - Spacious bedroom with another big TV with all the needed commodities. - Nice bathroom with Japanese appliances and bath walk-in with nice water pressure and hot water never missed. - Fast Internet over Wi-Fi.

Very friendly and helpful hosts, easy to reach them. House was spotless clean, bedroom was very spacious (very handy when travelling with a large dog). Good atmosphere and the location is great, also very close to the airport if travelling by car.

Fully kitted out, ample sized apartment with all Bilbao’s best attractions close by. It’s just like taking your own home with you on vacation. We were really surprised by the level of fittings and what is supplied for use. Communication was clear, punctual and kind. We loved Bilbao and we loved staying here

A lovely lady that welcomed us and ordered take- away dinner for us that was delivered at the property. Room was clean and very comfortable beds and shower was excellent. She has a honesty bar with cooldrinks, beers, water, wine and chips. The property is a few 100m from the town centre - so honesty bar is a great plus.
