Since we found the location, everything was more than perfect, Marco, the owner, was a kind and friendly person,. The location is surrounded by mountains and there is a creek next to it. The room was very comfortable. Just what we were looking for.

It was amazing experience to spend the night in the old house. We bought some cheese and cider and honey and spend the evening seething in the garden under the trees. The place is really nice and quiet and the owner of the house is really welcoming person.

Breakfast was excellent, a good choice of Spanish meats, cheeses, bread and pastries. Fresh orange juice and good quality coffee to start the day. The hotel was clean, centrally located with a mini supermarket 50 metres for water and snacks. We chose Ordizia as it was close to San Sebastián (we recommend taking the park and ride which is free from parking Illunbe in the summer months and weekends the rest of the year) and Vitoria Gasteiz. Pamplona could also be visited but we didn’t have time to go there.

Located in Zaldibia and only 44 km from La Concha Promenade, Casa Rural Lazkaoetxe provides accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking.

The location is very nice and calm, surely rural with sheep and chickens. The house is a traditional farm.

This was our absolute favourite place to stay during our recent 10 day trip to the Basque area of Spain. The house (a 17th century palace) is magnificent, the decor is out of this world, our room was amazing and views out over the countryside were just beautiful with the sound of the cows grazing (with bells around) their necks was pure Alpine….Dinner & breakfast were excellent too.

Housed in a building of great historical and artistic interest, this family hotel is surrounded by the beautiful Basque countryside, and provides the perfect spot for a rural getaway.

My wife and I visited the area for Carnival. Had a great time and the location of the hotel made it easy to explore by car. The hotel was very comfortable and clean. Beds were fantastic, with large rooms and nice bathrooms. Our room had a great walkout balcony and breakfast was delicious with lot of options and variety (recommend the tortilla). Very friendly staff.

The location of the property is excellent! Right in the town centre! You have shops, cafes and places to go right outside. Its very quiet at night.
