This stay was absolutely fantastic! The apartment exceeded all our expectations – clean, fresh, and smelled like new. From the moment we walked in, it felt like home. Everything was perfectly prepared, down to the smallest details. The apartment looked completely new, and it was fully equipped – from the kitchen to the bathrooms, everything we needed was there. Small touches like laundry pods, dishwasher tablets, soap, shower gel, or even trash bags made a big impression. It really showed how much the host cares about guest comfort. The location? A dream! Just 2–3 minutes walking to the beautiful Las Canteras beach, surrounded by countless cafés, restaurants, and bars. There’s a playground, open-air gym, and even the large Las Arenas shopping center – all within a few minutes on foot. Communication with the host was perfect – clear, smooth, and professional. We received detailed instructions for arrival, access, and check-out, and everything worked flawlessly. The keyless entry with electronic codes was modern and super convenient. Lack of private parking at the building could be a bit inconvenient, but there’s a great solution nearby – a huge parking lot by Las Arenas, just €3 per day. Totally worth it! I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Las Palmas. It’s a perfect place to relax and explore the city. If only all accommodations were like this one!

The most ideal vacation in ideal apartments, which are even better than in the photo. The location is perfect! The beach is 200 meters away, there are a huge number of shops, stalls, cafes around. Large shopping centers with a huge number of boutiques are nearby. There is a bus station nearby, all the sights of the capital and the island are accessible. At the same time, the area is pedestrian, lively, but calm and quiet. We slept great. The owner is extremely accessible and responsive. Communication with him is a pleasant addition to a wonderful vacation.

Amazing location, The building renovated, apartment was clean and just like in the pictures. The Wi-Fi is very good in any room. Kitchen was well equipment. The apartments is in third floor( they have new elevator) an apartment also have balcony Condo is surrounded by a little grocery stores and a few restaurants the ocean is walk distance. writing in the corner you will find Portuguese sweet café.( amazing breakfast idea.) Also, nearby is Ramen restaurant( also very good meal) the shower warm & water pressure was perfect.. In the apartment, you will find wash machine, so you can manage yours laundry. The bed 🛌 was soft, no issues with that. Before check in, you will receive WhatsApp message from support. The guy was helpful and polite. They explained me and sent all instructions to come in the flat. ( was very easy to find and manage.) I would definitely recommend for all the travelers. in this apartment, they spent nine days.

The apartment located only a few hundred metres away from the best and longest beach in Las Palmas. Restaurants, bars, supermarkets are also very close. The apartment was clean, the bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped which is important if you want to spend there weeks. Stefania, the manager is angel! She really helped for us a lot! Much-much more, than her duty would have been. I can only recommed Open Sea Suits apartmants, it's the best place where you can stay in Las Palmas.

The hotel was really nice, clean, airy, new, modern, light and the impression was great. The owner welcomed us very kindly and explained us everything. She gave us many useful tips and information about the city. The room was spacious, nice and comfortable, very light with a balcony, big bathroom and comfortable beds. There was also a fridge and a safe. It was cleaned daily and the smell of the room was nice. It's located in a quiet street so you can relax very well.
