What a location! We stayed for a music festival nearby and were floored by the quality of this place. The rooms were fantastic, towels and fresh sheets provided every two days. Laundry facilities, gym, 24/7 key card access. the location is close to dozens of bars, shops, and restaurants.

The staff was very polite, polite and very attentive. We would like to thank the staff in particular. The hotel was very clean. The rooms were spacious enough, especially the bathroom was ideal. The beds were both very comfortable and spacious, we slept and rested very well. There was free coffee every day and every hour. The location was a little far from the center, but we never had any transportation problems. We knew that anyway, so it wasn't a problem for us.

Great experience. Our favorite hotel in all of our Spain trip and we were only there for one night. They have a Metro station that connects you to Atocha Train Station and the Airport right in front of the hotel so it is very convenient. The room was nice and spacious. The lobby was very pretty. Staff was so nice and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Absolutely Perfect Stay! From the moment we arrived, everything was simply excellent. The room was spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. Even the air-conditioning was already on before we stepped in — a small detail, but so appreciated given the scorching heat outside. This was a lovely hotel, we really enjoyed our stay here, we chose this hotel for the location as we went to a festival that was near, it exceeded our expectations! It was near the metro station, restaurants, cafes and shops were all very near and it's a nice quiet area. It was spotless clean, the beds were very comfy, and the reception and cleaning staff were some of the friendliest we've ever met, they couldn't do enough for us! We would highly recommend this hotel! 😀
