Snacks are prepared for coffee brewed with a delicious espresso machine. The water pressure in the shower is also strong! There is also a sofa on the TV. The position of the bedside outlet is also good! We also have everything you need for cooking. The refrigerator is also very big! I couldn't find a towel, but it was kind. The staff is very kind! There was a reply even at night. He also told me about my luggage the next morning. I was worried because I arrived late at night, but my stay in Madrid became a wonderful thing! (For example, if two keys showing the bell mark 🔔 are displayed, it is important to press the bell mark 🔔 for both.)

We booked here last minute, and we were so happy! everything went smoothly, Bob W staff was available at all times both via whatsapp, email and phone. The apartment (2bdr/2baths) was extra comfortable and spacious, all amenities included, very well located. Very easy check-in/out. We will be checking for other properties managed by this company in our next trips for sure!

    The room is exactly what I saw in the photos. Very clean, very quiet (despite the location in a noisy and busy place), ideally located. No problems with the Internet or the staff. Excellent cafe, for about 10 euros you can have a great breakfast. The hotel is very conveniently located equidistant from all the main attractions. I will be glad to come back again and recommend it to everyone.

    We only saw one member of staff, as we checked in after 8PM. The room we had was large, very clean and comfortable for our requirements as we only stayed for one night. There was coffee making facilities, which we didn't use, We didn't require breakfast, as we left very early the next morning. Location was ideal for our needs, close to family and less than 2 minutes from the station, it is even ideal as a budget hotel further from the center.

    The hostel is in excellent location, it is a few minutes walk from Plaza Mayor. Or though the room was small (my own economy choice) it was very clean. I had my own bathroom, fridge, safe, air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi. Staff is nice and helpful. Also grocery shop Dia is just near by. Definitely recommend for budget oriented traveler who just needs to spend a few nights in the very center. They have rooms for different budgets also.

    Excellent location and value for money in the centre of Madrid. It was spotlessly clean, quiet at night and the bed was very comfortable. It wasn't luxury, but for our budget it was ideal. Also nice to have a fridge and kettle too.
