Beautiful old maison, spacious and bright rooms with big bathrooms and great views out towards the gardens. Lovely breakfast room and terrace where you can sit and have a drink in the evening. All the staff were lovely and very helpful. Highly recommend, will stay here again.

It has the rare combo of being in the centre of town, in the middle of all the action, all while being peaceful and quiet. It achieves this by being a bit tucked in from the main road and with modern double glazed windows that retain the traditional style (we are fans of those!). The rooms are well designed and the beddings are comfortable. There is also parking with many electric chargers and a nice garden bar/cafe. What more can you ask for :)

We loved our stay! The loveliest staff, the most comfortable beds and pillows of our entire trip. The design of the room was beautiful. The little courtyard garden was so sweet. Loved all the thoughtful touches throughout, every guest touch point had been thought of, and as a designer and host of holiday properties, I really valued all of those touches. The breakfast was so nice too and we would definitely stay again if we return to Biarritz!!

I had stayed at many hotels that are renovated old mansions/palaces but this one was exceptional - the building still had old charm but things like lighting, bathroom and shower, power plugs etc are perfectly modern and up to date. Service was the best in the class too, and superbness of the spa is completely undersold on their website and is beyond expectation. Very highly recommended.

    The team was very welcoming, lovely and super helpful, they offered to lent us beach towels and a parasol for free, gave us advice on where to go for dinner, etc. The place was spotless. Location-wise, it was perfect for quiet surroundings and a short walk to the city centre and the sea. Perfect, merci beaucoup!

    Excellent location, with bars and restaurants nearby, and right next to the sea. The owners have added fun decor touches to the rooms. Breakfast is seved across the road in a quirky bar/food area. It is an ideal hotel for the budget conscious who still want somewhere central. It has a young vibe, but we liked it - in our sixties!
