Ruth handled everything for me so well. Right from accommodating my request to stay on the ground floor, to offering free washer & dryer use for our clothes, tea & coffee in the kitchen, and helping me feel like this was a home-away-from-home. There is a fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster & other cooking facilities in a large kitchen, with attached dining & lounge area. The bedroom & entire living areas are kept spotless & appear recently renovated. The bedding was plush & the heating was warm. I was there 1-4 Dec '24 but I would have stayed longer if I'd had the time. The b&b is just a short easy walk from the train station & the road is lined with an assortment of eateries, a cute pub & also a couple of supermarkets just a 1 minute walk away - even with freshly-baked artisan bread. I felt safe behind a high locked gate & the ground floor windows are kept locked too. I highly recommend this place & thank Ruth for the care with which she oversees things. She is a gem!

The staff were amazing. They made you feel valued on every level. Polite, Hardworking, Friendly and Caring. The facilities were great. The spa was lovely, the breakfast at Market Brasserie was delightful with so much choice and the Eighteen Sky Bar was truly luxurious. We didn't get the chance to try out the other restaurants but we definitely would have if possible The hotel is perfectly located with only a 5min walk to the O2 and Subway. While the hotel room was really wonderful too. Very clean and very tidy with great views.

The atmosphere was great and the room/decor was nice. All staff were friendly and helpful. The food was great, especially when you were joined by the pub cat! We had a gig to go see at the O2 so would definitely recommend staying here for the same reason. Breakfast was included - we chose a fry up and eggs benedict. Both were cooked to perfection. Would stay again

The boat was great 👍, so quiet, and had comfortable beds. We went to a concert at the 02, the tube (jubilee line) is a 10 min walk and then 1 stop to the 02 so worked out as a perfect little stay. The boat itself was small but comfortable with quirky decoration throughout. I would definitely stay again! Staff very friendly too.

The owner kindly helped us with a technical problem. The location is more thank perfect, the city center is in 15-20 minutes and 2 stops with DLR line, great for sightseeing. The apartment itself was also great, everyone can have some privacy, everything is very convenient.
