Accommodation in a very quiet location, separate building, parking in front of the house behind a closing gate. Absolute privacy, perfect outdoor seating on the terrace with a view of the surrounding countryside and greenery. Very well-equipped kitchen, with stove and microwave. Two comfortable double beds. The accommodation is not large (everything is in one room, except the bathroom), but very functionally furnished, comfortable, clean and modern. Very helpful owner, who lives in the next building. We would consider accommodation again.

Almost everything ... a tiny, lovely little cottage located perfectly for relaxing and spending a great time! Everything you need is there, Wifi very good, big supermarket 7 minutes by car, close to Hastings and the ocean! Animals are so cute and it's just quiet there ... wonderful!!

We loved the old world charm of the large room with it’s bay windows and fireplace. The bed was very cosy and comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and spacious with not just a shower but a stand alone bath tub. Extra towels were provided with bath robes and slippers. Also, extra treats provided, for example home made chocolate cake on arrival, were exceptional. Our host was fantastic and the breakfasts she provided each morning were a feast for the eyes and tastebuds. Although the street is narrow, parking was not a problem.

I loved the luxury glamping pods, and was pleasantly surprised to find them well heated and cozy, which was perfect for a winter’s night. The bedding was clean and very comfortable, and the tea & coffee facilities were a thoughtful touch. The communal shower and toilet facilities were also clean, with hot water.

Our stay at Grosvenor 15 was sublime! The room was super clean and pretty. There were cookies, halloween candy, even a scentful spray to put on your pillow for a good night sleep. We were traveling with a baby and they provided a cot, extra blankets and much love for the little one. We had take-out for dinner and were offered the breakfast room to eat, including extra napkins and cutlery. Overall a very good experience. We only stayed one night, but I’d suggest that when you come, you stay at least two nights :-)

    Completely as described! Lovely setting, comfy beds, very clean and well planned out both inside and outside. The hot tub was fab, and we enjoyed walking around the local area, in particular a lovely roast at the Plough in the village! The host was great and very communicative.

    Beautiful views and quiet location (with muddy but great public footpath taking you into the village and local pub), and the decor is incredible (kept my baby busy exploring and pointing in excitement). Nice touch with some complimentary bubbly and very friendly hosts.

    Very clean with everything you needed for a weekend trip. Jo and Justin were great and the three dogs were very friendly once they stoped barking at you 😃 We had an issue with the hot water but it was fixed the same day and I’m told cold showers are good for you anyway! 😂 Nice little walk to the Plough pub for food which was okay and has really nice staff.

    A lovely quiet location with walks close by. My dog and I had a very nice Christmas break. The addition of a lit Christmas tree on arrival made me feel welcomed. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, the bed was very comfortable. Hosts were on hand over Christmas if needed. I would return.

    Serene location, beautiful rolling hills, spotlessly clean, fully equipped for all our needs and a short drive away from a big supermarket.     Absolutely fantastic place to stay which really exceeded our expectations! Ideally placed to explore the Sussex coast around Hastings and St. Leonards. There really is a nice lake view from the window and the off the beaten track location makes for a relaxing and quiet stay. Beautifully clean and very nicely finished and furnished throughout. We loved the fire pit and the basket of tea, coffee, hot chocolate, marshmellows and crackers was very welcoming. We really loved it and hope to be staying again.
