This is a fabulous little cabin with everything you could possibly need for your stay. The owners were very welcoming and helpful, showing me around the cabin and telling me about the local restaurants and facilities. The cabin is in it's own private area, with a lovely outdoor sitting area for warmer evenings. A really comfortable stay in a peaceful and quiet residential location. Breakfast cereals, milk and water all provided. Being a new cabin everything is spotless and of high quality.

Little Saxby was the perfect rental for our 3 nights stay allowing us to visit the children and Grand Children living in Crowborough. The cottage was very well equipped and to high standard. The patio garden was perfect for the Aperitif, breakfast or dining al fresco and the garden is so well kept, a real paradise. Beautiful view, private parking and welcoming pack are part of the deal too. Lovely scents too throughout the whole house. The Nespresso machine was a plus and made me feel home (if I knew, I would have brought my capsules with me, but the owners have thought about everything and they were complimentary ones). Thank you Roy for being there whenever needed. Keep up the good work and hope to see you again next year.

The property has an excellent location on a quiet road just a 5 minute walk from the town centre and very close to the national cycle network. Secure bicycle storage is provided free of charge. The rooms are very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The excellent breakfast is good value for money and served by Brian the proprietor who was very friendly and helpful.

Excellent value for money. Very clean room and everything we needed in the room. Mini fridge was very useful. Some 4 star hotels do not have them. Had a buffet breakfast which was very good. Very quiet location and not to far from the town centre. Will definitely return to this bed and breakfast again when we are visiting relatives in the area.

Extremely clean, decorated and facilitated to the highest standard, Decent views out the windows, Plenty of free parking, Ideal location (10 min walk into Town Centre) Desk and Chair in the room (important to me) Plenty of plug sockets and most importantly, close to the bed!

Superb location .Parking available at a reasonable day rate and just a short walk through a lovely churchyard (and free after 6pm till 8am)Delightful room ,very clean,crisp white sheets.Attached to a lovely terrace and over a bar ,which had a lovely ambience and quirky feel.staff absolutely fantastic ,helpful and friendly,all with a smile and lovely natures.it was a superb choice of accommodation and would highly recommended to anyone in that area.
