The hotel is close to a bus stop and a station. Sansbury's is just across the road, the Burrell Collection + Pollok Park (which are in any case a must-see) are not far. The staff is friendly and attentive. The beds are comfy. The place is n o t hauted, so one can get a good sleep without any rattling noises. ;)

Location was perfect as we attended a wedding here. The staff here make it exceptional, especially Lorraine. She went the extra mile to ensure we had a good stay. She gave up her time to talk yo us about the hotel, give us a little tour and was very kind. The food in the restaurant was top class and the selection of cocktails was super. Robin serving us was patient, professional and lovely to deal with. The garden is a secret gem and is so well maintained.

The room was absolutely stunning and really exceeded our expectation! I got really sick during my stay, in the middle of the night, and had to go to the hospital, and the receptionist Jessica went above and beyond to help me. I felt safe and taken care of, as well as a comfortable place to stay. Would absolutely go here again, and Jessica did an amazing job!

Wonderful place to stay, very comfortable and spacious, well equipped, clean and quiet! We (four people) could only stay for 1 night but would definitely return for a longer period as the apartment is very welcoming, provides everything you need and is excellently located.     Ideal location for our trip to Hampden Park to see the red hot chili peppers. Had read that the hotel had recently been refurbished and have to say it looks amazing inside and out! Room was perfect for the 2 of us, bed very comfortable, tv had plenty of apps to choose from, receptionist was very helpful letting us use their printer to print our gig tickets, breakfast was delicious and lots to choose from!

    So close to train station (15 min train into Glasgow City centre). The restaurant was lovely and had a very good breakfast. Rooms were spotless and very clean! Will be staying here again, thank you!
