Such a lovely cottage, the decor is fab. So much attention to detail! We spent the day mooching about mumbles (everything you need accessible by foot) and both evenings on the terrace watching the fireworks over Swansea. A fab location with amazing views. You can hear the sound of the sea from the terrace which was so relaxing while we were having our morning coffees. Perfect little weekend away!

Apartment was in a great location within easy walking distance to restaurants, the promenade, the pier. The room was very spacious and clean. Basic breakfast were a bonus. The owners were very friendly and always asking if they could help in any way.

So our rental car broke down on the way and the folks here took care of us like we were their children. Truthfully, the place is gorgeous but it is the human beings that work there that make this place exceptional. We are already trying to fund a way to return.

Velo is fantastic. Quirky and just lovely. Balcony right by sea. Ben was so thoughtful and sent a host of things to do. He helped me when I had problems with taxis and my phone. A brilliant host. If you need croissants he'll get them for you. But you should try the Portuguese tarts instead. Delish. 🤣🤣 Highly recommend. Velo is perfect distance from village where you have M&S and lovely local shops. I found people SO friendly.

The shepards hut was very tastefully decorated to a high standard, spotlessly clean with some lovely touches. location was perfect and we got to see the beautiful deer in the evening… thank you.
