A bit difficult to find but once you’re there it’s in a lovely spot on a golf course. The staff were all very nice. Breakfast was very good. Spotlessly clean. I would highly recommend.

It was a real surprise for us. The location in Oakham was very central, metres off the main town centre. Then we entered the room, it was a great size, including a large double bed, sofa and an exceptional bathroom. The host left a very good continental breakfast including cereals, bread, youghart, butter, jam and a bottle of milk. Well done and thank you to our host Alison

First Class extras and somebody on hand with a huge smile and predisposition to solve everything, great feeling to open your bedroom door and be able to jump into the outdoor heated pool and sit on the sunloungers with sun umbrellas and read.     Its location and its price couldn’t have been any better for me and the property also allowed my dog to stay in the room for an extra £10 which was ideal. Although everything is very basic, all you need is there for a nights stay.

    Large room very clean. Large comfortable clean bed. Large comfy sofa. I requested a room at the end of the coridoor so as not to be disturbed by other guests walking passed, and the hotel obliged. The room was very quiet and I had a great night's sleep. They provide a wall heater if it's too cold, and a fan if it's too hot. Free parking. Good Wi Fi. Good simple self serve continental breakfast included in the cheap price. Even use of the microwave any time if you wanted a microwave meal in the evening.

    Room was a decent size, clean and location ideal to travel around. Indian restaurant nextdoor served good food but you will have to travel several miles to eat at restaurant or pub.The saving grace is that this hotel is very reasonably priced.

    We leave just outside Sunderland and visit family in N London. Ideal place to rest in between locations. You don't want to spend a fortune. This place was cheap and clean.
